Marvel Studios approached AKJ Agency to design the TVA Experience at D23— a walk-through installation where audiences could step through a rectangular 'Time Door' and witness official Marvel costumes and scenes from the past, present, and future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This project was developed during my time as a freelance Graphic Designer at AKJOHNSTON Agency in 2024.
The TVA Front Desk
The Marvel Studios front booth is designed to mimmick the TVA entrance.
Miss Minutes
Miss Minutes makes an animated appearance, welcoming D23 guests to the TVA walk-through experience.
Time Door Hallway
D23 guests walk through the TVA hallway with various time doors on display.
Time Door: The First Iron Man Suit
The first time door features the The Iron Man Armor: Mark I, Tony Stark's first Iron Man suit in the movie Iron Man (2008).
Time Door: Rocket Racoon
D23 guests can interact with Rocket Racoon through the time door in real time.
Sneak Peak Into Agatha's Domain
D23 guests walk through a time door taking them to Agatha's Witches Road from the upcoming Disney+ series Agatha All Along.
Return to the TVA
At the end of the experience, D23 guests return back to the TVA where they receive an official TVA archivist card.
